Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in maintaining the high level of service our reputation is built on. The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and daily office operations
- Maintain organized procedures and ensure attention to detail in all communications
- Help create a positive and professional office environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain the required license prior to start date
Licensing:
· Must be Property and Casualty licensed or willing to obtain the required license in approved time period.
Work Schedule
- In-office position
- Non -remote
- 5 days per week – Monday -Thursday 8:30-4:30 Fridays 8:30 to 1:30 pm - Firm Schedule

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
